(CIN: L26940GJ1973PLC002245) has now been merged with Saurashtra Cement Limited (CIN: L26941GJ1956PLC000840). The merger is now effective. GSCL was one of the first Indian cement company to get 53 grade license.

Saurashtra Cement Limited (SCL), markets cement under the brand name 'Sidhee'. The company is an ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 14001 : 2015 and ISO 45001 : 2018 certified company which manufacturers Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) 53 grade, 43 grade, Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) types of cement and clinker, that comply with world class quality standards. GSCL (merged with SCL) is one of the first Indian cement company to get 53 grade license.

Gujarat Sidhee Cements Limited (merged with Saurashtra Cement Limited) was a recognized Export House and has won the Indian cement Industry's prestigious National Productivity Awards thrice in succession.
